5. Copy of relevant pages of Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss statements of the last three years, certified by CA
6. Copy of the single largest PO (Purchase Order) along with the completion certificate from reputed private parties or public sector/government departments
7. List of supply items/services offered
8. Bank solvency certificate
9. Depending on the entity type, the following documents are essential:
   • For Manufacturers: Factory License, Excise Registration, IBR License (in case of Boiler Manufacturing)
   • For Contractors: ESIC, EPF, Insurance, Electric License (for electrical contractors)
   • For Suppliers/Stockists: Agreement with principal manufacturer
   • For Service Providers: ESIC, EPF
   • For All Vendors: Copies of 4 to 5 Purchase/Work Orders from reputed private parties or public sector/government departments, along with Completion Certificates
   • Other relevant documents as per the portal’s requirements
